Quoting process was detailed and they inspected the attic before quoting. Unlike all others that just flashed a light and were ready to quote. Pricing was kept realistic. There was a stocking issue and team showed up with wrong product,however they were responsive and fixed it quickly. Team did a good job and my house feels a lot warmer now

After having a new air conditioning system installed, to replace an old inefficient one, we decided to make sure our attic had the correct insulation as well as the appropriate R-value. Since our home was built in the 1950's, the insulation throughout the attic was minimal. We hired Insulation Commandos to survey and provide us with the appropriate solution. The solution involved removal of the old insulation, cleaning the area, and installing the correct insulation based on our home's location. We now believe we can keep our energy costs down and provide less strain on our AC system. Great job team!

0 professionalism. They brought the incorrect insulation to the job, an inferior product to what I paid for and they didn’t even bring enough of it. They proceeded to install it and left a huge mess in my place. I called them and they corrected it but then they laid insulation in direct contact with water heater exhaust pipes which could have caused of. Do your self a favor and stay away from these guys.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform a Home Comfort Survey, identify areas of the home which are under insulated or have rodent infestation and contamination and provide real solutions for our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians and installers go through an intensive manufacturer provided training course. We also hold C-2, C-20 and General B licenses.
