It was so easy to book a ride from LAX online. All my questions were answered without asking and our driver was so prompt. Great experience, will use for our airport rides from now on. Oh and the Escalade was really new, nice and clean.

Arrived quickly to Burbank Airport. Gary made our ride very safe and pleasant. upon our arrival at Bradley Airport Gary asked us how our trip was. Had the air conditioner on very nice temperature and had mood music on very soothing for our trip back as were both very tired thank you Gary. We shall book with you every vacation we take.

We used Curbside rides for a recent transport from LAX to Thousand Oaks. Gary, our driver, was exceptional! To be picked up curbside as opposed to using rideshare, especially after a long day of travel, is much appreciated!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rates quoted upfront, with no surge pricing ever. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. On fares of $140 or more, your first ride is $20 off, and a round trip with each leg at $140 or more saves another $20.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You get a written quote the same day, usually within minutes. Once you book you receive a confirmation with your driver name, vehicle and a safety PIN. I text when I am on the way and track your flight if you are arriving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TCP licensed and CPUC regulated, permit #45621-A, with commercial insurance and a clean DMV record. DOT medical certification and ongoing defensive driving training. Gary has driven over 3,200 black car rides at a 5.0 rating. LAWA certified for airport pickups at LAX, Burbank and Van Nuys.
