He was cery prompt. On time, reviewed the job i needed. I needed2 deadbolts replsced and 2 knob locks replaced. He was fast, gave me an excellect price for the job. Re keyed all notived i had a deadbolt thst was going bad snd i do need to replace it at my convenience. I will have him di it eheb i an ready. He was A cgrest choice for me. I will huss him again.

Oren was great! He has a can-do attitude that he backs up with knowledge and experience. He diagnosed the problem with my lock right away and got everything running smoothly again. Oren with B&O was very helpful In his assessment of the lock mechanism we were wanting to install on a side gate. While we unfortunately went a different direction due to the gate design- Oren’s time and attention saved a great deal of headache.
