I gave Jorge Preciado, of Creative Upholstery, a large deposit to make some furniture for me. Months have passed. I don't think he is making the furniture. He has not returned my calls and he has not returned my money either. Unfortunately, I can only conclude that he is a thief.

I also gave jorge a big deposit and he keeps avoiding my calls and has not finished my job. I feel like he has taken my money and ran.

I gave Jorge a $100 deposit and my 4 dining room chair cushions to reupholster about 3 weeks ago. He said it would take 10 days. My check was cashed immediately and I have not heard from him since, despite calling him and leaving many voice mails...
