I was a little worried it being the first time my grandson had pictures done professionally. But Tru colors did a fantastic job with him. I was very happy with them. I would definitely use Tru colors photography again. I think next time I will give him a little challenge and have all 13 of my grandchildren.

Iggie did my college grad photos and they came out beautifully. His work looked simple and professional without looking over processed or unnatural. Also he was able to give clear instructions while giving into account my wishes/vision. He's honestly the best photogropher/hype man i could ask for, my family loved the pictures.

It was an amazing experience. Our photography Ignacio was truly outstanding and astonishing. Not only did he bring a true artistic eye but allow the us to incorporate our own ideas. I would pay double for the experience and quality if I had Ignacio as my photographer.
Would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone for any occasion.

What I loved about Tru Colors Photography was the amount of comfort we felt while taking pictures. We weren’t rushed nor did we feel awkward when asked to do poses. Our opinions and ideas for shots were valued. Once again, I cannot emphasize the about of comfort felt and the warmness felt from the photographer. I can say we were truly able to be ourselves and have our love captured through their lens. Amazing talent!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself on my special prices as I want to help people out there that might be on a tight budget and simply want memories that last a lifetime. I do offer student discounts, military discounts, and senior picture discounts. I also do seasonal specials during the fall, Christmas, and many others around the year!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I would like to understand what it is they are looking for as far what style of photography, editing options, and location opportunities. Then I set up a time and place, get my equipment ready, and remind them of their photoshoot one day before. Memories are then made!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
(BS) Bachelor's in Science- Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at CSUB.
