I was told by the Gas Company and another plumber that I had a gas leak. My first plumber gave me what seemed like a very high estimate to locate the leak and repair it. He had no idea where the leak was. Don from New Line Plumbing came to my home last week and spent several hours here. He could not find the leak and suggested I contact a company called Pinpoint. After spending several hours, Don did not ask for a payment or send me an invoice. Pinpoint came this morning and within an hour were able to locate the exact location of the leak. Don was here also. Don at New Line explained where the leak and was and gave me two different choices: a cheap version or a more expensive version to repair it. I chose to do the job right; this involves replacing about 100 feet of pipes under my house. Don and two guys that work for him were here all day. They need to return tomorrow to finish the job. His estimate for the repair was slightly lower than the first plumber. I'm confident he knows what he's doing and the repair will be done right. I would recommend Don and I plan to use him again for all plumbing repairs.

Don was fantastic! Replied in minutes, booked same day, gave a time frame that he stuck to, was able to quickly diagnose and repair 2 separate bathroom issues with a price that was fair and left with everything fixed and no trace of mess/dirt or water! What's not to like?! 10/10 would recommend New Line Plumbing to anyone who needs a reliable plumbing service.

We hired New Line Plumbing, they did a fantastic job replacing a 160 ft. gas line to our pool heater with off shoot to our BBQ. Efficient, Honest, and Extremely Professional. If you need any plumbing repipe gas or water, New Line Plumbing and Rooter are my suggestion. Thank You Don, Victor, Nene and the rest of the crew, you all are great to work with.

Don and his colleague were so great. They got our office within an hour and fixed our wonky water line to our commercial Keurig. ...even though they had to go hunting for the parts. They were so great, professional and explained everything. 10/10 would recommend.
