I believe in transparent pricing. Every job starts with diagnosing the issue, and if additional work is needed, I’ll explain your options and provide a quote before moving forward. No surprise charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first learn about the issue, ask a few questions, and request photos if needed. After diagnosing the problem, I explain the findings, provide a clear quote for any additional work, complete the repair or installation, thoroughly test everything, and make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity along with CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, PenTest+, SSCP, and ITIL certifications. I also stay current with modern networking, computers, security cameras, and smart home technology.
