We had a disgruntled terminated employee begun to harass us. He was terminated for drug use and was mentally unstable. After calling police three times we decided to have security on site. I received a call from Jamie at John Mangus within 15 min of posting request. Jamie was professional, kind, and had guards set up within 30 min to begin that evening. When he could have used the situation to take advantage financially as so many businesses do now, he did NOT. I will forever respect and refer this group. The night guard was on time. Early even. Professional. And I felt very secure with him on site. I also had daytime guards a few times and they too were on time and Professional. This is a great company snd he gave me a great rate. When he found out I would need guarding longer he even offered to help with the rate. But honestly they were worth every penny. I would use them again absolutely. And because it was such a good experience I may employee secure for the business On a Regular basis. (Typed on iPhone)
