FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out and take a look at the project and any materials. I answer any questions or concerns that you may have. I send over an estimate electronically, or preferred method. If it is accepted and signed, we set up a service agreement with scope of responsibilities and date to begin. Finally, we start work on the agreed upon day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licensed, insured, and bonded company. Our C-54 license from the CSLB is #1105458 Over 23 years of experience in this field
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would strongly advise people on looking for what suits you, as the client. Many homeowners want quality installation that will be guaranteed and hold up for tens of years and are willing to have a quality company install it for them. On the other hand, there are people who want a cheaper price and cheaper installation (landlords of college housing, commercial, etc.) And then there are people who want a cheaper price, but high quality installation. At Rangel Tile, we strongly believe tile and stone is a way to improve your home, office, or business and we take pride in our professional installations and customer service.
