Omri and his team were fantastic to work with. Dealing with mold is stressful, but Omri helped us diagnose and address the issue quickly and thoroughly, taking the time to explain all potential moisture sources and our options. He guided us toward a minimally invasive remediation, reconstruction, and waterproofing plan that felt thoughtful, effective, and focused on preventing future problems. Compared to others we spoke with who seemed unconcerned with how much of the house they demoed, his approach felt honest and fair. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these people. I looked for water damage cleanup on thumbtack after a leak (overlooked by our EX roofer) caused water to run through the walls after heavy rains. Thanks to our mitigation pm Stefan we were well informed about the moldremoval process, which I’m glad they caught in their spection, and we got our home back within a month. I thought it would take way longer. Happily writing this from my beautiful living room that looked like a nightmare when this all started. You would never know if you didn’t know!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make restoration simple and stress-free:
1) Free on-site inspection – We assess the damage and explain what’s needed.
2) Identify the source – We locate and confirm the cause of the issue to prevent future problems.
3) Mitigation & cleanup – Our certified team removes affected materials, dries, and sanitizes the area.
4) Source correction – If repairs are needed to stop the issue, we help coordinate or complete them.
5) Restoration & rebuild (if needed) – For clients who need full restoration, we can also handle reconstruction and finishing work, ensuring your property is returned to pre-loss condition.
