Needed to find a reliable & professional service for upkeep and maintenance and the reef playground folks were perfect! Great work quality and service, and Serge is super nice and easy to deal with.

Serge & his associate coated the inside of our pond with epoxy and did a great job. Serge was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. He provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend him. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Serge is fantastic! Diagnosed the problem with my water feature quickly and economically, then performed the service in a timely friendly and professional manner, showed up on time on both occasions - a rarity in this business - and even bravely dispatched several black widow spiders he found hanging around the filter pump outlet. Definitely would hire him again!!!

We do! We have several flat rate plans available. Each one designed for the different types of aquariums we come across.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have to figure out our clients goals. Everyone wants something different and for long term success, we make sure to understand our clients expectations so we can provide them with a service plan that best suites their goals and budgets
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been servicing and renovating aquariums, ponds, and fountains since 2004. We've learned everything we know from real world experience and have seen pretty much everything out there :)
