I am beyond pleased with the work from Serge at Reef Playground.
I have been searching for a very long time for a good pond specialist. I finally found the company. Serge was on time & he took my disaster of my pond and made it beautiful!
He worked so very hard and has a passion to make it perfect ! I asked him to be my pond specialist moving forward to come and take care of it on a monthly schedule .

The tech, Sergey showed up early and got straight to work. I was not able to be there but left someone in my stead. The tech followed my instructions and when I arrived home later I was 100% convinced I had the right guy. Our pond was in bad shape due to a leak we could not locate. Now it is back in operation and ready to accept new fish. I will definitely keep hiring these guys.

We do! We have several flat rate plans available. Each one designed for the different types of aquariums we come across.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have to figure out our clients goals. Everyone wants something different and for long term success, we make sure to understand our clients expectations so we can provide them with a service plan that best suites their goals and budgets
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been servicing and renovating aquariums, ponds, and fountains since 2004. We've learned everything we know from real world experience and have seen pretty much everything out there :)
