It was a pleasure working with Rafael. He arrived when he said he would, got quickly to work, and diagnosed the problem. We had to order a part. When it came, he responded quickly to set up a time when he could come back out and install the part. The new part resolved the problem. I strongly recommend VN Pond Service!

Rafael came on time and did find the issue with my fountain and fixed it to my satisfaction. This is an old fountain , but I don’t want to buy a new one as this particular shape is no longer available.So I was happy that Rafael restored it to its prior condition. I thank him . His charges are also competitive.

I could have chosen all five attributes. Rafael did an excellent job of cleaning the pond especially removing the sludge on the bottom. He also got 2 of the lights working, and did a great job of thinning out the lilly pads

Rafael did a fantastic job re-leveling our fountain. The original installers left it uneven, but he carefully prepared the base, made sure everything was perfectly level, and secured it properly. It looks so much better now. He was professional, on time, courteous, and efficient. I really appreciated his attention to detail and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing quality landscaping or masonry work.
