Introduction: We pay extreme attention to the details and never settle for "good enough". I am always striving to improve as an artist, as an event planner, and I push my team to do the same. I think that's why the compliments our team receives from guests include words like "polished" "beyond" and phrases like "I've never seen anything like this". Seeing the look on a child's face the moment they realize their dream has come true. I'm a very empathetic person, I feel things deeply, and I gotta say... being in that moment of utter joy with a child... it can bring on the waterworks, and occasionally, I've failed miserably at holding back the tears, and I'm totally okay with that.

We first met Jenna as Rapunzel at a birthday party. She was excellent- great rapport with the kids, gorgeous costume/wig/makeup, exceptional voice. She played the guitar, engaged the children in games, and even painted their faces. She had such great control of the room that we wondered if she was a teacher. I asked the host for her information, and she told me they had used Jenna for several parties and had even changed their party dates according to Jenna's availability- Jenna was that good. So, we hired Jenna to play Rapunzel for our daughter's 4th birthday party. She was punctual, professional, and so talented. 4 of the attending parents hired her for their parties, and more than once! We've encountered Jenna as Rapunzel at least 4 times, Sleeping Beauty, a friendly Halloween witch... Each time she was entertaining, and held the full attention of the assembled guests. Gorgeous voice, sweet, kind disposition, and always so punctual and professional. Jenna is a quality performer, and runs a top quality business.

I really cannot say enough great things about Papillons Entertainment and Jenna Bryson (the owner). She runs a really professional organization and puts on a wonderful show for the kids. She was Merida for my very shy daughter's 4th birthday party and Jenna knew exactly how to draw her out of her shell. My daughter had a blast! We're having her come back this year for the same daughter's 6th birthday party. We highly, highly recommend Papillons! (Plus, Jenna is a talented author as well, having just launched her own children's book series "Grace from Outer Space" which inspires little girls to aim for the stars!). An unequivocal 5 stars!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each performance is unique, as is each event. The pricing for a public event is going to be much different than that of a private event. That said, we have designed a three-tiered repertoire of performance options for the more popular characters on our roster. We also have some pre-packaged planning options to make it easier for clients who want us to take the ball and run with it, such as our Fairytale Tea Party packages.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We created a Frozen-inspired tribute performance for a retail chain called Curacao and performed the show 5 times over a single afternoon, complete with meet & greet after each performance. It was so fulfilling to us as performers, but for our client, they were so thrilled with the result, that they're flying our team out to Arizona to perform the same show this summer.
