When I started working with Dianne in 2022 I was 24 years old and feeling a bit lost, needing some sort of direction in my life. I was taking a break from my academics, working here and there, and not exactly sure how I would get from where I was to where I wanted to be. I had many goals set out for myself, all of which seemed very overwhelming to assess on my own. I wanted to change my attitude towards those around me in efforts to better my relationships with my family and loved ones, I wanted to get back into my habits of working out and being in the gym on a regular basis, and I wanted to figure out what to do about my studies. After speaking with Dianne in my first session, her bubbly personality, calm voice, and strong demeanor gave me hope that she would be just the right person to help me make the necessary changes in my life in order to achieve my goals and reach better state both mentally and spiritually. Fast forward to 2023, I am now 25 years old, I am back in school and working towards the degree that I want. I go to the gym regularly and I even became a member of a new yoga studio. Dianne has helped me work through my emotions and inner feelings which have ultimately led me to attain the tools needed to change my attitude for the better and now when I feel triggered by those around me, I no longer feel the need to react, instead I respond. Dianne has helped me to achieve all that I have set out for and more. While working with her I have implemented practices into my daily routine that have helped ease my anxiety, organized my responsibilities, and have formed even more healthy habits. Some of these practices include: a breathing exercise, planning out my days the night before, journaling, and even changing my sleep schedule. I would recommend Dianne to anyone that wants to make a change in their life but doesn’t know where to start, to anyone who may not have the most motivation or the best discipline, and to anyone seeking a kind soul who will not only listen to what you have to say, but will be there to guide you along the way.

Dianne has been a warm, bright white guiding light in my life for the past 2 years. I went to Dianne when I was straight out of rehab where I recovering from over a decade of addictive behaviors and depression. I was overwhelmed with the direction I wanted my life to go in, and felt broken down in many ways. Dianne's abundance of love, her caring nature and warm spirit uplifted and helped to restore me in both health and spirit in unimaginable ways. Within a few months I found myself living a healthier, happier and successful life unlike I've lived up until that point. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price the clients see on Thumbtack is the discount price I am offering. In person and remotely. (My regular rates in person health coaching ( clients receive a discount which is the price that is listed on Thumbtack.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about what their short and long term goals are and what is important to them between a coach and client session. What they want to accomplish. I am big with accountability. I ask the client if they can commit to at least 2 - 3 actions to do consistently or as many times as they can truly commit to till the next session ( usually every 2 weeks i or twice a month works well) and we add on commitments as we go so you are moving at your pace (and we slow it down if needed) so these actions become part of your daily routine. It could be- adding in a green drink 2x a a week, and a 5 minute meditation before you start your day and when you end your day. -- the commitments are designed to the clients individual needs to get to accomplishing their ultimate goals. And goes deeper from there. We are like onions, we have to peal one layer at a time to get to the center of transformation.. it works, I also do a 20-30 minute energy healing(Reiki and Clear light healing energy) after each health coaching session (remote sessions and / or "In person "sessions in my healing room) This helps to move the stuck energy in your cells of your body physically - emotional and spiritual levels (chakra balancing - etc.) aiding in processing, eliminating and understanding whatever that may be for my individual client's needs.
