Hello there! I provide therapy for individuals, couples, children, adolescents and families in Venice, CA, as well as provide therapy remotely online for residents of California. I also travel to clients for an additional fee if your budget permits. I understand that reaching out for therapy is challenging and I stay mindful of meeting you where you are on your journey of self discovery. I provide clients with the highest quality of care by tailoring sessions to meet the client’s individual needs. I honor every client’s individual experience and provide a non-anxious space where you feel empowered as you work towards building the strong foundation necessary to maintain long term self fulfillment. I believe that therapy is an exploration of the soul. Each individual has a unique psyche that requires a different kind of attention. I believe in an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I don’t feel tied down by one orientation. Sometimes lending an empathetic ear is important, while other times I find it important to explore what is happening somatically in one’s body.
