- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Baking & Pastry. I've been working within the industry in one facet or another for 8 years. Most recently I worked at Quince - a two Michelin starred restaurant in San Francisco. I have also worked at Blue Hill at Stone Barns - which is featured on the Netflix series 'Chef's Table'.
