Hannah is a one of a kind healer, teaching a one of a kind course. Working with her has dramatically improved the quality of my life via mind, body, spirit wellness. Her yoga practice is genuine, unlike many teachers in LA, she deeply embodies the practice of yoga and provides amazing hands-on adjustment to help you sink into your body. Her background and education in herbalism separates her from the rest, as she incorporates her knowledge of plant medicine into her instruction which allows you as a student to go deeper and heal in ways unexpected. I have been working with Hannah for years and find myself unable to work with any other instructor since. Her intuitive energy, yoga instruction, herbalism education, and overall spirit is unmatched. I cannot say enough about how Hannah has impacted my experience of mind-body health. She is exceptional at what she does and working with her is the highlight of my week. Hannah’s such an intuitive teacher, seemingly always tailoring the session to exactly what my body needs. Her adjustments are amazing, and the flow of the hour is balanced so I feel rejuvenated afterward. I would book her every day if I could!

I would like to recommend Hannah Mason to anyone looking for guidance or training in yoga and/or herbalism. I always look forward to her teachings and just being around her deep and calming spirit.
