- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very straightforward. We charge a flat rate for our leak detections, $300 for a pool, and $350 for a pool and spa. Once we have found the leak, we also offer same-day epoxy repairs that stop the leaks. Most other leak detection companies do not offer this added service. Our basic epoxy repairs begin at $50, and most can be done for under $100. We are very communicative and fair with our clients and we always go-over any additional epoxy charges beforehand.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Aquaman of California recently found a leak in a multi-tiered pond installation at a home. It took a very thorough inspection over multiple stone intallations and various areas in the pond, but at the end of the day we were able to pinpoint the leak and point the repair crew to the exact area that needed to be fixed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research online. Look for companies with good peer reviews and who sound knowledgable over the phone.
