- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat Rate $ 120hr including 14ft box truck. If the items you would like moved require two people add $30 hr for another hand. For local moves when scheduled two weeks in advance. Special care items take longer to protect, load, arrange and transport.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the customer checks what they need or wants we are matched up or the customer picks me directly. At which point I am charged by how many services the customer chooses. I receive the request and answer asap in order to keep my rating high. I respond to the inquiry by introducing myself with my business number. The Customer calls, we discourse the details and I give you a quote. This could be as simple as a verbal description of the what needs to be or a visit to the site. We schedule date confirming basics on text or email. I show up at the site we go over the game plan. Move items to next sight unload items. When finished we go over custer items. The customer compliments our professional use of speed and care. The customer happily pays me the price we agreed upon before any charges are applied. I add you to the list of happily satisfied customers. Thank you
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for some good moving companies and some that are no longer around. I learned to, tie down, cover, and load personal property. I keep two things in mind when I speak with a client one listens two give straight answers.
