Rate only applies to the $115 price point for first time customers and cannot be stacked with other promotions. These discounted rates do not apply to any product or service that is not initially priced at the $115 price point. Jobs at this price point includes 3 attempts. Restraining Orders and Family Law (which begin at $160) do not qualify and always start at the $160 price point. These services are automatically RUSHED and includes up to 5 attempts. Notice postings (which begin at $80) also do not qualify for any further discounts. Unlawful Detainer (Eviction) cases also do not qualify (they begin at $160) but include 3 attempts and service for all unnamed occupants and one named tenant. Eviction cases also includes printing up to 50 pages per party served (as opposed to 20 pages for other case types). Rates can go up from these base prices based on the location and area assigned "Zones". For the purpose of Zoning, all prices in this area already have our "Zone 1" fee included.
