- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard hourly rate of $65 per hour, although I do have package discounts when multiple projects are ordered together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first step is to research my client's customer so that the design is targeted and is appropriate for the audience. I also thoroughly investigate my client's direct competitors to highlight and differentiate my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in design for 10 years in both design agency positions, corporate environments and as an independent designer. I also hold an Associates and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design.
