Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Because the owner personally installs every window we sell. The same person who measures your window is the person who installs! We can tell you step by step how we will install your windows and type of material ie caulking/trim we'll use on your house. We supply a list of addresses we installed in your neighborhood so you can drive-by and see first hand the type of work we do. We also, supply a list of referrals for you to call and talk to about us. (Our customers are usually our best salespeople!) Unlike being a general contractor, running crews of guys and being responsible for sub-contractors, material and other delays... We are only responsible for the windows arriving on time, measured correctly and installing the day we promised! By the end of the day the job is complete and the customer is happy. It's very satisfying and rewarding to see the finished product and the transformation of someones house.

Curt installed the windows in our home 9 years ago. The windows are quality and Curt's craftsmanship and work ethic are impeccable. The windows are as beautiful as the day they were installed. The fit is perfect because Curt measured meticulously and the windows were made to order. When Curt installed the windows, he was careful and precise. There was no damage to stucco or paint. And each day when he left the work site, you never knew he'd been there - except for the gorgeous new windows, of course! There was NO cleanup on the part of the owner - not a speck of dust inside, furniture put back, all debris removed. What a guy! Nine years later our home is still snug - warm in winter and cool in summer. And the look is shiny and new. Don't hesitate to call CJ Windows. You'll be happy you did. We still are 9 years later.

CJ Windows showed up on time with a professional crew to assist the owner of the company for the installation on my commercial building. I already expected great work from the recommendations I received but they exceeded it. They are an outstanding company with the hightest quality standard I have seen. I strongly recommend you call Curt and Charlotte at CJ Windows.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Well, interesting enough... my husband got his contractors license 25 years ago. When we "fell" into replacing windows, he wasn't too happy... He wanted to build houses and do kitchen remodels. But, as it turned out, he actually liked to replace windows! He was happy not to oversee sub-contractors and have to worry about whether the kitchen cabinets were going to arrive on time. When we opened our store in 1997 with Anlin, we knew exactly when the windows would arrive and could coordinate our schedule for months at a time. At one time, just a few years ago, our customers had to wait 3 to 4 months to have their windows installed! When I would schedule the installation they were happy to wait the time to have OUR company installs their windows. Their typical response was "well, I've waited 30 years... what's a few more months". I tell you, we have the best customers!

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We installed some windows for a person in Hope Ranch. This person has used our company in the past. Well, he planned on selling the house after he remodeled it. When he put it on the market, everyone loved the new windows and asked him if he was planning on replacing the rest of them. Eventually he replaced all the windows and decided not to sell the house. Well, last year he had a non-solicited offer for 7.2 million dollars! HE SOLD IT... you don't come by that very often.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check the contractors state license board. Make sure your contractor is licensed, bonded and insured. Ask for references, addresses of houses you can drive by and see their work. Also, check with the Better Business Bureau.
