Some countries put debtors in prison; fortunately in the USA bankruptcy laws exist to treat creditors fairly while offering "fresh start" or debt restructuring plans to families and companies in distress.Anyone who steps foot in Federal Court without a lawyer is a fool, a lost animal wandering the plains of Africa alone without guidance and protection.Todd Turoci and his caring, professional staff eat, live and breathe this stuff. They guided my complex case through to the end. Attackers were fended off, my rights were protected. I was very nervous and scared about having to file for Bankruptcy , I was exhausted in trying to keep up with finances I could not handle any more, I contacted the Turoci Firm and was relieved that I did, The staff was always kind and informative and Mr.Turoci always answered my questions, and put me at ease. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. I would give this firm two thumbs up and recommend them to anyone out there who is struggling as I was. The stress just wasn't worth it anymore.

If searching for a bankruptcy lawyer, go no further. I enjoyed working with Mr. Turoci and his staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and worked quickly.
