- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. Our Dispatchers are actual Humans and are very pleasant and easy to work with. They answer Questions as best they can and make you feel comfortable with our process. They will guide you through every step and make sure you're aware of everything that will happen on our service call. From begin to end, we communicate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 25 years now we have prided ourselves on being at the forefront of Technology and know how. Nowadays, 90% of AC companies are just "Parts changers" looking to sell you something - Not us! We know the ins and outs of all HVAC Equipment, why it works, why it doesnt work, and what makes it efficient.
