Ron, the owner, had a bad experience with the HVAC company that serviced his home a few years back, as a matter of fact, it was so bad he decided to get in the business himself, kind of a mid-life change of direction.
Ron took his expertise in electronics and mechanics and enrolled in an Air Conditioning and Heating school where he received his AS degree and then obtained his ASI certification. After working in the field for several years, Ron started AC Plus and never looked back.
AC Plus works hard at delivering prompt and reliable air conditioning and heating services. We pride ourselves in giving our customers what they need at a reasonable price. Our philosophy is to approach each customer’s problem as if it were our problem in our home. We teach our contractors to be very sensitive to the customer’s needs and home. We will always have a fresh uniform on and will be at your home within 90 minutes of your call. If we fail to meet this guarantee we will waive our trip charge.

We used AC Plus for our new construction and could not be happier. They went above and beyond with the entire system. Their employees were professional and their communications throughout the process were excellent. We got two units in our house and they are both located near our daughters room, you do not hear even the slightest noise from them when they are running. AC Plus is a Family Business and has very transparent pricing. We understand that Pricing is a main concern and take every measure to provide value for a very fair price. With AC Plus you get it all, you get the best Quality work, Customer Service - with an excellent price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. Our Dispatchers are actual Humans and are very pleasant and easy to work with. They answer Questions as best they can and make you feel comfortable with our process. They will guide you through every step and make sure you're aware of everything that will happen on our service call. From begin to end, we communicate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 25 years now we have prided ourselves on being at the forefront of Technology and know how. Nowadays, 90% of AC companies are just "Parts changers" looking to sell you something - Not us! We know the ins and outs of all HVAC Equipment, why it works, why it doesnt work, and what makes it efficient.
