- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We serve Tulare & Kings County. I will need to see the pool so I can measure how many gallons it has, test water to give you an accurate quote. If your pool is clear, algae free and water is balanced I will waive my one-time chemical start-up fee that is $200.00. For service, I document each visit via chemicals and equipment and filter pressure. I send a picture after each visit as well. I test and adjust your Chlorine/ Salt, Ph levels each visit, Calcium hardness, and your alkalinity bi-weekly to make sure your pool is always perfectly balanced. I include liquid Chlorine, muriatic acid, Tri-chlor or Dichlor tablets D.E, Conditioner, Sodium carbonate, Sodium bicarbonate, I brush the tile, walls and all steps. if your pool has a floor system I will brush the entire floor as well. I net the entire top of debris and bottom, empty the skimmer basket, empty and wash the pool cleaner bag, check equipment each visit. I empty equipment pump baskets as needed. backwash filter as needed, vacuum the floor as needed for no extra cost to you. For any new service, I'm offering 1 FREE filter clean ($100.00 value) after the first month. And I do 1 party service a year, so if your service falls on a Monday and you have a pool party lets say on Friday I will make a second stop and service the pool prior to your occasion once a year for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is meeting the new customer at their home, I thoroughly inspect your pool, equipment and if I see any problems I will address them accordingly. I give you an estimate verbally or emailed and categorized. All new clients have a monthly service contract to fill out and I will guide them through the forum explaining certain things I do and don't do. after that, I input you into my system for billing and we begin service.

I am CPO Certified,NPC-start up for new palster, SCE Installer Certified, VGB Certified, Saftey and many more certifications under my belt in the many years I've been in this industry!
