This is Robert from Cabrillo Plaza in Old Town, San Diego. We’ve had a great experience working PR Wave over the last years! They regularly service our three commercial buildings here and have replaced three ACs and one exhaust fan. Additionally, they haves saved us two ACs and one exhaust fan resulting in great cost savings. Their PMs take care of us every three months to conduct thorough inspections, keeping maintenance on track and within budget. The PMs are on-time and offer us competitive pricing; our tenants also report they are friendly and offer much needed insights to their questions. Highly recommend!

Had them fix up a heat pump installation done poorly by a different vendor. Everything looks amazing now and I'm really glad I went with them, their work is top notch.
I really appreciate how their quote was itemized so you know what you're paying for rather than a single lump sum quote.
They not only addressed all the problems I had identified, but also suggested several other improvements that could be done to the system and other maintenance on the roof. No pressure, but they were things I was happy to have them take care of too.
