This is Robert from Cabrillo Plaza in Old Town, San Diego. We’ve had a great experience working PR Wave over the last years! They regularly service our three commercial buildings here and have replaced three ACs and one exhaust fan. Additionally, they haves saved us two ACs and one exhaust fan resulting in great cost savings. Their PMs take care of us every three months to conduct thorough inspections, keeping maintenance on track and within budget. The PMs are on-time and offer us competitive pricing; our tenants also report they are friendly and offer much needed insights to their questions. Highly recommend!
