I feel that the price was too high for what he did. He wasn't even there 30 mins. Because he had to do so little I feel that he should have charged me less.

Representative from EZ Chimney (or EZ Sliding Door) was on time and communicative which is why they are getting the one additional star. However, they are only qualified to give their limited opinion about fireplaces, do not inspect chimneys at all but still felt deserving of the 90$ service call. We paid them because it was the right thing to do but in hindsight we should have hired someone else as we didn't get much for 90$.
