- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge by the hour. Most events are four hours, but I'm flexible, it's about the event not the time. Lots of people show up, read off index cards, and tell some tired jokes. That's not me. I prepare and do my homework. Red dress or Blue jeans? I arrive early and test out equipment, check out the space. I want to meet those in charge, greet people, go over the schedule, anticipate issues, and put everyone at ease. We will have fun and get the job done! I'm always honored to be asked back. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I taught school in Kenya. I have a pen pal on death row I've known for over 10 years. My Mom was handicapped and brilliant. I am a Hospice Worker. I sew, follow a Keto diet, and lip sync to Michael Jackson as much as possible. I grew up Catholic and don't complain about it. My favorite color is tomato. I'm an NPR award-winning storyteller, which is wonderful, but mostly - I like people.
