What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do a thorough sweep of chimney and fireplace and will do an inspection on every job. Any repairs that are needed are for you to decide whether to get then done at this time or in the future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm CSIA certified. Offering level 1 and 2 inspections
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started building a firewood delivery business when covid started and grew that business until my customers asked who I knew could help them with cleaning their chimney. I became certified so I could help offer both services.
