I'm so glad to have met Jeff. He's punctual, polite, and very professional. Since my piano hadn't been tuned for several years, Jeff explained that he would do a solid "maintenance" tuning and work with my budget. Jeff was a pleasure to talk to during his visit -- I learned a lot about tuning basics -- and he gave me some extra time just to ensure I was satisfied with the end result. I am trying to get back into playing piano (haven't applied myself since lessons as a kid) - and Jeff recommended a local jazz piano teacher. I'm absolutely thrilled to take the next step. I'll also be hiring Jeff @ In Tune Piano Services again for my next tune-up.

    Q & A

    • What types of customers have you worked with?
I tune and repair many pianos that have not been serviced for many years and need piano to be brought up to its full potential. I offer purchase consultations to consumers who are looking to purchase a used piano at a store or private seller. I appraise many pianos for insurance purposes or a client that is selling piano on their own.
    • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone that has many years of experience and can provide references. Ask any questions you may have about tuning and repairing your piano, this will give you a better idea of what kind of person your hiring. If you have a particular time that's more convenient for you for service let me know, since I want to accommodate my client.
Coverage Area for In Tune Piano Services is about 30+ miles of Walnut Creek, CA.
