Jack showed up right on time and was able to fix the bracket on our sliding door, that was preventing it from closing. He was quick, friendly, professional and very affordable. Would hire again!

I wanted to take a moment to express how much I appreciated working with you on my sliding door project.

From the start, you were punctual, professional, and thorough in assessing exactly what was needed. Your expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence that the project was in good hands. You also provided all the necessary parts at a more than reasonable price, which I truly appreciated.

The quality of your work and your commitment to getting the job done right made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would not hesitate to work with you again on future projects, and I would gladly recommend you to anyone looking for reliable and skilled assistance, no matter how large or small the project may be. Your willingness to take on projects of all sizes and give each one the same level of care and professionalism is commendable.

Thank you again for your excellent work and dedication.

Jacob scheduled quickly, diagnosed the problem as a simple issue, got what he needed to resolve it, and fixed it on the spot. Value and communication were both really great. I’m glad I found him.

I called Jack because I had an annoying cabinet door under my stairs that was dragging on our wooden floor scratching it. Jack called and in response to the photos I sent him, he gave me awesome instructions on how I could fix it myself. I followed his directions and it works perfectly now. I am amazed. He saved me money for sure and I appreciate that he took the time to help me when he could have come and charged me. Jack was a very nice guy to take his time to instruct me to fix this annoying issue, and I'm sure if you hire him, he will help you too!

Horizon team did a fantastic job replacing a non-standard doorframe in our home. The work was completed quickly and very well. Friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We’re very happy with the result and highly recommend him and his team!
