- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Solar is one of the very few improvements that would make property owners save money from day one. There are several elements to make solar a financial solution for residential and commercial. If we find out this is not the case, we will make you aware of that immediately. We offer the best financial plans in the industry for residential, small commercial and large projects. We have more than 100 plans available. We will find the best one that fits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every property is different. We start with a phone call and we setup an appointment. We do a first approach to see if solar is a solution for that specific property owner. If we find out solar is an option, we present a proposal. We assist the homeowner in every step to get approved for financial program if that is the case (normally zero down and first payment due after the PGE interconnects solar) . After we sign a contract we do a site inspection and the permit process start. Once the permit is granted by the building authority, we do installation. We also assist the homeowner in getting the system interconnected after the inspection has passed. A monitoring account is setup so the homeowner can follow up the solar production.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews are among the highest qualified in the Country. Our crews install the most sophisticated solar systems, batteries systems and similar applications for residential and commercial (small and large).
