I had an excellent experience with Kangarieux Framing! Donald reached out to me promptly after I submitted a quote request for replacing the rotting wood on the front rails of my house. From the very start, he was polite, compassionate, and made sure I understood exactly what would be replaced. That following Saturday, Don arrived and treated my mom’s home with the utmost respect. She absolutely adored him and Leon for their kindness and professionalism. Don brought everything needed and worked tirelessly throughout the day, even staying until 9 PM to ensure the job was completed with precision which he completed within two days. Not only did they take their time to replace everything thoroughly, but they also went above and beyond when I asked if they could replace the light fixture and house numbers. Don was an absolute joy to work with from day 1. He wasn’t intimidated by our siding/deck repair project and immediately started problem solving. It was clear he had a lot of experience and wasn’t afraid to take on a small, but challenging task. His dedication to quality was clear when he noticed the finish on a piece of wood didn’t match perfectly and started over again with a new piece just to ensure it looked great. He noticed our deck posts were slanting - something the other folks we had out for estimates didn’t say anything about - he has an eye for aesthetics, but also a deep understanding of safety standards. He fixed our siding, posts, and door frame - it all looks fantastic. If you want quality work from a kind, caring human, Don is your guy!
