I hired Connie to host a dinner party celebrating a BIG career transition, and i’m still a little stunned by how perfect the night turned out. She built a custom menu that hit the spot. The appetizers alone were incredible: brie-and-persimmon puff pastry bites, sausage-stuffed mushrooms, chicken skewers with Thai peanut sauce, plus a couple of beautifully arranged crudité and charcuterie boards. It was art. For dinner, she served roasted chicken with slow-braised potatoes, carrots, and parsnips; beef short ribs (they melted in your mouth) over gorgonzola creamed polenta with caramelized leeks. My colleagues haven’t shut up about that polenta since. Dessert was ridiculous in the best way: lemon sponge custard, chocolate pots de crème, and her signature chai cheesecake, which should honestly win some kind of award. 🤤 Connie was both professional and down-to-earth. She handled an elaborate menu calmly, was incredibly responsive, and somehow left my kitchen cleaner than she found it. My guests walked out raving about the food, and I walked away wishing I could hire her for every party i ever host... actually, I might. If you want an event with food that fits the occation and is genuinely special, hire Connie. She’s phenomenal.
