I highly recommend Theresa she's very thorough! Theresa truly loves what she does and it shows. I think that's the key that makes the difference between a housekeeper & a great one. She Is prompt, dependable, meticulous & trustworthy. Trustworthy is huge but actually finding someone that is & is also great at cleaning is very rare. If you hire her you won't be sorry, we're very happy we did.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to see a home before i give a quote, in the past i gave a quote over the phone then got there and i way under bid. Was a lot more work, time and product. Lesson learned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I will meet with you for a quote. Find out what your looking for in a house keeper. And see if you have any specific needs and find out the things you like done on your home. I understand everyone is different.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved cleaning and i'm very good at it. Even as a child. So house cleaning just makes sense. It is instant gratification to me.
