I’ve been a caricature artist for 18 years now. I started at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and was there for 10 years. The next 6 I started my own company and have drawn at several fairs across the US. I have also drawn at corporate gigs for companies like Google, Facebook and many more. It is important to me to produce a quality and hilarious product. Recently I completed a “Caricature Japan “ professional course as well as being enrolled for a year in the “Stephen Silver drawing Academy “ which is a character design course.
I draw both traditional and Digital caricatures for events!

We had Shahin at my husband’s birthday party, and he was absolutely fantastic! He arrived early to set up and was professional from start to finish. Our guests loved both him and his artwork. Everyone mentioned how engaging and personable he was while drawing, and his caricatures were a huge hit throughout the party. We received so many compliments about Shahin and his work — he truly made the event extra special!

Shahin did caricatures for our guests at a pre wedding (henna) party in our backyard. He was an absolute hit. The drawings were amazing (even better than in his online repertoire) and everyone had so much fun taking home a souvenir. He was easy to work with, kind and professional. He even made a special caricature of our family later on since, as hosts, we did not get a chance to sit with him that night. Shahin is extremely talented and a joy to work with.

If you need high quality and timely work, Shahin is the person to reach out to. Not only did he produce 115 individual full body caricatures but also a team drawing set to a Star Trek theme. He had a short turn around time, but delivered early and produced high quality work that the team loved. Shahin was always available via email/phone, he walked me through his art process and idea of the drawing, and provide updates on the progress of the project. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned to draw caricature by a professional caricature artist named Frank Urbaniak. In addition I have learned a lot from attending caricature conventions/competitions at a caricature convention called ISCA. I recently completed a course with Caricature Japan which is famous a Japanese company with many talented award winning artist in the caricature community. I am currently enrolled in Stephen Silvers character design course to further improve my skills.
