Alex & his crew were awsome. He gave me a very fair estimate. Had the granite countertop completed in 1 week. Needed to come back a few days later to install a backsplash & fix the plywood that began to bow on one of the corners. We were very pleased with the work completed & would recommend to anyone else.

We worked with a number of contractors/subcontractors/handymen for our remodel. Alex with Counterstone Concepts was the best one to work with, by far.
We were searching for a countertop installer around July 4. All installers that we talked to were busy or some charged ridiculous prices. Alex was the first to reply to us on thumbtack and he gave us the clearest and best price. He even came out to meet us at NGY stone to get us better contractor pricing. We trusted him enough to go pick up the countertops the next day on his own.
Alex showed on time with our countertops and had everything installed perfectly within a few hours. Everything was cut perfectly. Our farm sink fit perfectly. Alex and his team were not wasteful with the countertop material. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
Alex even came back a month later because we wanted an extra hole drilled for a counter-top mounted soap dispenser. Only after I kept asking how much he would charge for this extra visit, he said he would take only what we thought was fair. We thought this was very nice.
Alex literally saved us hundreds of dollars between the contractor discount at NGY stone and his own good pricing. We love our kitchen now and I wouldn't hesitate to work with Alex again.

I hired Alex to install some quartz in my home. He was honest, fast, and professional. He was great in his work and even helped me fix an item installed by a previous company. Price was great and Alex helped me get a great deal on a sink that I needed. Overall, great guy and great worker. Will definitely recommend!

Alex was on time and has great customer service. He installed Macaubus kitchen quartzite and came out great. They finished as promised with no issues. Also went aboveand beyond when he picked up the quartzite and noticed the slabs would not match. Alex immediately called me so that store would fix the issue. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for great work.
