- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All consultations are free. I charge a base of 0.15/word on any projects less than 10000 words. Larger projects have negotiable rates. Grants are $1000 per grant and resumes are $50 per resume
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive their request, we then communicate via call or email as I get a feel of their project before I then begin working
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate in Medicine but writing is my passion. The rest of the team members also have degrees in various fields.
