Jason called me in a timely manner and discussed the problem with my fountain. I felt comfortable with him and he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He came to my home on the day he said he would with a text message letting me know he was on his way. Jason explained what he found and how he was going to repair the problem and what he might have to do if that did not fix the problem. The problem was repaired and adjusted the water flow. The fountain is working better than ever. Jason knew what he was doing! Thank you Jason

I had a very stinky turtle tank in my house that was originally set-up by a lay person. It stopped circulating water after two months. It was a challenging plumbing configuration. Jason was quick to respond and tried everything to make the existing set-up work before re-piping the system correctly. Once that was done the tank started working perfectly, as it was designed to do. He's got a great personality and work ethic. I knew I'd found the right person for the job immediately. I'm keeping him to do my monthly maintenance!!

The owner from SoCal Aquatics was most helpful over my non-working outside water feature. When he left it was working again, plus he cleaned out all the leaf debris. I will definitely call him again should there be a problem.

Setting up a schedule that fits the clients agenda. Examining the aquarium or pond to ensure the water parameters are correct. Correct any problems if there are any to water or filtration.

I worked for one of the largest aquarium and pond maintenance companies on the west coast for 10 years. Hands on experience over the last 20 years on all different types of aquatic features.
