We contacted Joe Castaneda for carpet cleaning in our 3 bedroom home. He arrived and got started right away. He did a gret job and It was done in aprox 1 hour. We really liked his work that we contracted him to do Cleaning service well. Highly recommend him.

Joe was on time and very professional. I showed him the problems and he pretreated without charging extra and cleaned my carpets. It didn't take long and was done with care and explanations. My carpet looked like new when he was done. I will most definitely use him next time I need carpet cleaning and will refer him without hesitation.

When I first contacted Joe he stated that he would be on site at 8am. He was there on time, I was in the process of moving some furniture out of his way. He pre-treated several spots that our dog has so lovingly left, and he then proceeded to clean those spots, the hall, and living room. The carpets looked new, the unpleasant odors from our loving dog, gone. I highly recommend Castaneda Cleaning Service, it was a pleasure to have Joe service the carpets as quick and efficient as he did.

They were very easy to communicate and work with, showed up on time, and did a magnificent job on our carpet, including our carpeted stairs! The work was completed very quickly and with no issues. They explained how they got the carpet so clean, made a reasonable recommendation for regular maintenance cleaning, and DID NOT change the quoted price.
I totally and highly recommend Castaneda Cleaning Service!!
