So happy we found this company! We made an appointment to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. The technician came the next day and when he inspected our attic, we discovered our attic and ductwork had suffered a rat infestation. The entire attic space was full of rodent feces, dead rodents and debris and our ducts were chewed through which created the issue of low air flow since the air kept on escaping the ductwork through the many holes they created. We scheduled an appointment for the next day to have them come out and do the work urgently needed. They cleaned, sanitized and disinfected our whole attic space after removing all the debris, they rodent proofed it and then installed new ducts and new insulation. The technicians that came out were very professional, courteous and clean. They had spent hours ensuring everything was done properly, very efficient and great to work with! I can already feel the difference in the air quality and I can sleep better knowing what the situation is up there now. They have impressed me from start to finish. A special thanks to Karen and Zack for all their help! The end result looks wonderful, will definitely use Top Quality Air Care again in the future! Thanks again.

It was 110 degrees outside yesterday and my Air conditioner gave in and stopped working. Also, my attic insulation was in a horrible condition and we had just finished our extermination process so there were a bunch of dead rodents up there as well. Called Top Quality Air Care and they came out so quickly in this absurd heat, provided with attic cleaning, insulation replacement and AC Repair services. It is so much cooler and comfortable in my house now due to the new insulation and I'm so happy I chose to use them. Great overall experience, I highly recommended them and will undoubtedly use again in the future! Thanks again for all your hard work!

We provide with a free in-home inspection and estimate for any service needed, competitive pricing and special offers for first time customers!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering information from our customer with regards to the type of service needed. We then schedule an appointment with our customer to have one of our experienced technicians come out and provide with an inspection and estimate for the services needed. If our customer chooses to move forward with our company, we provide with the service at the same time or schedule for the first available opening depending on the service requested. If the customer declines the estimate, our visit, inspection and estimate are free of charge!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded and insured and have been providing with HVAC services for over 20 years!
