$6.99 Security & lifetime support fee : This fee helps cover various operating costs related to the Xigman platform and general support measures like tech insurance, extensive background checks, and lifetime customer support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the order, a sales representative replies to the requests within 5 minutes. Once we agree with the customer about the price, we will get the earliest availability from the dispatch team and assign the proper technician to deliver a satisfactory service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians have passed background checks and been fully trained. They must follow Covid-19 health protocols and maintain a professional behavior during each and every job.
