Working for others and being the top-performing employee is pretty satisfying on its own, but I felt like I can help much more homeowners with the same product and service for a much lower price. Jonathan gave an estimate and managed our paver patio project of over 400 sqft. The work was good and our patio looks nice. Jonathan was extremely responsive throughout the process. Price was reasonable as well. In the four estimates I got for the project, only one was a bit lower but Jonathan was far better at explaining and communicating. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them.

I will say it is such a great experience to work with Outdoor Pros. They've done an amazing job to assist our landscape project. Outdoor Pros was amazing to work with from start to finish. We were able to give them a previous design idea and they not only executed it perfectly but made it better. I really appreciated their punctuality, efficiency, and quick response time. They ensured that every aspect of the design was too our liking and accommodated changes quickly and without hesitation. Jonathan was on the job site nearly every day and was always a text or phone call away. All the workers were friendly, respectful and did an amazing job. Throughout the job if I became concerned or unhappy with any aspect of the project – it was fixed. My favorite parts of the project were the waterfall counters, turf grass and stucco walls – all three of which were suggested by Jonathan. We came within budget and even were able to make some unexpected upgrades because other parts came under budget. They worked quickly and often on Saturdays which we happily accepted to get the job done quickly fast. From start to finish what was going to be a 2 -3-month job turned into a 7-week completion time. We traveled during the project and received pictures and updates regularly. After enjoying our space for several months, I had some questions, and they were answered and fixed within 48 hours. We’ve had a lot of work done on the inside of our house and our experience with Outdoor Pros exceeded all those other projects. I never write reviews or even give recommendations, but I was more than happy to let people know about our positive experience with Jonathan at Outdoor Pros. Thank you – Stevenson Ranch Homeowner!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1 Call us or fill out the form below and we'll send an outdoor living space expert to meet with you at your house. Our free, no-obligation consultation usually takes up to an hour and a half. STEP 2 Our expert will analyze your available space and budget and will brainstorm ideas with you to get you as close as possible to your dream remodeling. STEP 3 Our in-house 3D designers will draw out your outdoor space and our engineers will write the blueprints. Then, our permit specialist will be on their way to get the green light from Building & Safety. STEP 4 We start construction! This is where we really shine :) Our attention to details and knowledgeable workers will make the whole experience a breeze. That's it! Next BBQ is at your place.
