Since Turn-Key takes on and handles the operational cost and maintenance, Turn-key also includes monitoring and performing multi-year inspections during the tenancy to predict future possible damages to the property to prevent major issues. Our inspections team and CEO has over 15 years of residential new construction, development, and remodeling experience, and Mr. Malka , the founder and CEO, is holding a general construction B license since 2006 , C-20 (HVAC) license from 2019, and California Real Estate License from 2018.

A friend of mine who currently uses this company recommended them to me to manage a 3 family investment property that I own with my sisters in Thousand Oaks and Culver City. One of the things that pleasantly surprised me the most was not only doing more than any general property management companies does, for example, free preventative maintenance from their in-house technicians, but they also talked to me about how to maximize our returns. While researching other companies, we found that generally they all place tenants, collect rent and follow up rental laws, but I have to say these guys really know their stuff. Their knowledge on LA tenants rules, preventative maintenance and their tenant placement processes are just a few of their areas of expertise that I feel really set them apart from the rest at the end of the day. We've only been with them a few months but so far they have been doing a great job!

I have been lucky to have such a responsible and dependable company to service my association. Due to the fact that I have been working with many different management companies throughout my years I can confidently say that Turn-Key Property management is amongst the top management companies i've had the pleasure of working with. Ari is always finding new ways to satisfy her clients and assist them with their individual property needs. . Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently took on management of brand new 9unit multi-family property in Toluca Lake. The owners of the property wanted to switch from short term rentals into long term tenancy . As soon as we took over the management tasks, the owner stopped getting involved and just received detailed statements at the end of the month through our portal.
