I will not live your house before you are 100%satisfied with your roof.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually initiating a phone call to know what is the issue. moving forward by coordinating a FREE estimate. during the estimate we measure the roof, inspecting the roof, roof materials, fascia boards, eaves, attic venting and more. then, we establish recommendations and pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree and Masters degree in business, many yeats on hands-on practice, I passed the Contractors State License Board Roofer examanation (considered to be the hardest test to pass).
