They were on time, and I even received a text when the tech was on his way. He left my messy bathroom pretty clean also. Would highly recommend.

We received courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful service when we called Plumber Tom to handle a variety of plumbing issues in our home. One of the issues turned out to be a fairly significant problem which they identified, explained and resolved after first providing an estimate. They completed the job at the estimated price and left the serviced area spotless.

Plumber Tom answered my emergency call right away and got a plumber out to me the same evening. Benji, the plumber, did a great job resetting our toilet, removing the wet spot in the ceiling, and fixing the leak. He was friendly, considerate, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Benji thoroughly explained what he was going to do, how he would do it, why he was doing it, and how much it would all cost before he started working. He clearly laid out all the options for us and didn't make us feel pressured at all. When we did choose a plan of action, he did a 100% job with quality work, and was kind, personable, and thorough even though it was late at night. Benji was very respectful and considerate of our home, making sure to be careful around our kitchen when knocking out the ceiling spot, and completely cleaning up after himself when he was done. After he was gone, he left the kitchen and bathroom even cleaner than when he arrived. Best of all, he charged us an exceptionally reasonable rate considering the amount of work that needed to be done as well as the fact that he stayed until late into the night just to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend not only Plumber Tom, but Benji in particular!
