Kurt from Plumber Tom came late on a Friday night for a clog emergency. He was at our house within the hour to deal with a pretty complicated clog that dealt with the main line 85 feet from our house. He was professional, courteous and persistent. He turned a frustrating and stressful situation with three clogged toilets and two showers into a sigh of relief.

We had an issue with a backed up toilet and called a previous plumbing company, but they were booked for 3 days. So I googled for a plumber near our location and Plumber Tom was one of the top 3 options. I called and Susan answered the phone she was polite and quick to give me an estimate of when a plumber was available. She called back within 15 minutes to let me know a technician finished a previous job and would be headed over sooner than expected. Mario was the technician that came by and took a look at our plumbing issue. He was very helpful and informative. We will be returning customers! Thank you.
