- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in all types of felonies and misdemeanors and real estate disputes. While I always prepare my cases to be trial ready, I counsel my clients carefully to make sure that a trial is in their best interests. Sometimes the better course of action is to try to resolve the matter without trial -- via plea or settlement. Sometimes you have to take your case to the matt. I'm fearless in the courtroom.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is imperative that you feel comfortable enough to open up to and communicate with your lawyer. It is only when I can learn not just what happened, but the backstory, that I can do my best work for a client. It is also important for me to feel that I can collaborate with my client in crafting their defense and the theories of the case. Legal work is team work and collaborative, but that takes trust and communication.
