There may be a lot of lawyers out there but can you trust them all to always have your best interest? To always take the time to answer all of your questions (regardless of how basic they are)? To always promptly call back? To care about your case as much as you do? Geoffrey Bosmans has been my trusted lawyer for several incidents throughout the years and I trust him completely! I insisted that my sister call him when she needed representation in a Personal Injury case. Geoff fought valiantly to get her everything that was due and then negotiated hard to get bills down so that she could keep more of the money. I had a client refuse to pay my invoices and Geoffrey helped me fight to get them paid (including the additional expenses incurred from their non-payment). Most recently, he helped my and my new British husband go through the immigration process seamlessly and quickly. These were three different types of cases (PI, workplace and immigration) which were very stressful for me and my family. Yet, he helped alleviate all that by handling each case with the fierceness of a pit bull fighting for me and with a patient and caring "bedside manner." Geoff Bosmans knows the government and the legal system like the back of his hand. Felt so safe and secure with his legal help and guidance. He helped me and my husband navigate the scary, fickle waters of U.S. Immigration and the road to achieving a green card. He had our back at all times and held our hands step by step through the entire long and exhaustive process. At the ready via text, phone call or in-person, I wouldn't work with anyone else! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new client, it is important for them to feel comfortable with me. I usually begin my consultations introducing myself, and my services. I am a bit different than your normal attorney. When you hire me, I will be the one working on your case. I answer your email and texts personally. When you call I answer the phone. In this way, I can provide the best service to my clients. We establish a close working relationship, where they can ask me any questions they have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My undergraduate degree is in psychology. Because of this, I feel like I am able to understand people better. I have worked in many legal fields, from civil to criminal, traffic to immigration. I practice immigration, small business litigation and formation and personal injury because they are the fields that I love. I have been practicing in these fields since the beginning of my career. I became a lawyer to help people, and that is what I aim to do every day.
