FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know times can be tough. I respect my customers time as much as my own. I do what I can to help as many people as possible; I'm not against working with my customers to help meet their needs while still being able to turn some sort of a profit for my company to stay in business. Nobody wants to go out of business, so I try my best to work with my customers. I am not one to demand, I am one to ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer would reach out, and we would schedule a day ahead of time for me to swing by, and hopefully complete a service on the spot depending on severity of the problem. Some jobs will be worse than others, and we may have to wait on parts to schedule another appointment, while others would be a simple fix right then and there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my EPA 608, and my EPA 609 licenses for handling refrigerant The 608 license is the general license most need for handling refrigerant while the 609 is a specialized license for Marine, Locomotive, and Transportation refrigeration. I have my A.S. Degree from the Mechanical Electrical Technology program at Sacramento City College. My experience ranges quite vastly: I've worked on absorption and refrigerant chillers, boilers both high pressure and low, co-generation involving jet engines to produce electricity, transportation refrigeration for delivery trucks, commercial refrigeration for warehouses, and household systems involving, heat pumps, packaged units, and the standard split system.
